Return & Refund Policy & Form

- Please register your return using the form below before sending anything back. We will reply by email with the next steps and the return address.

- Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods (details in our Terms). You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

- If possible, please return goods unfitted and in resaleable condition. If goods have been fitted, painted or modified, you may be liable for the resulting loss in value; your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

- Parts painted or made to your individual specification at your request are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

- For defective goods, the statutory warranty rights apply.
